Shipping

The shipping charge is $8.00 for orders up to $75.00. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.

Returns

Items returned within 30 days from order date in new condition and have not been used, will be accepted for a refund. To initiate a return and obtain a return authorization code please contact dy@timberwolfpetproducts.com.  There is no refund of original shipping fee.  If a shipping label is requested, a fee of $9.50 will be deducted from requested refund.  All returns are subject to approval upon receipt of the product. There is a $10.00 re-stocking fee deducted for returns over the 30 day return policy.
